Detached house, located a few meters from the picturesque rocks near Chervenka cape, suitable for beach. Capacity - 10 persons. The house is first line with sea view. Rentable are two floors, each of which has two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette. All four bedrooms have their own bathroom. One living room has a retractable sofa. The kitchenettes are equipped with basic electrical appliances / washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerators, hot plates, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner / and utensils. Beds are loaded with bed linen and towels. No daily service is available and no owner lives there. The yard has a parking space with a maximum capacity of 3 cars and a barbecue shed. The yard is fenced. Minimum time for rent - 4 nights. We recommend coming by car, the nearest public transport stop is about 1.5 km - the bus station of Chernomorets. The rocks in front of the house are a well-known place for catching black sea garfish from the shore. Typically, the active fishing of this exclusive Black Sea delicacy begins from the end of August / early September and continues until the first serious winter frosts.

The villa is open from May until October.
