Vila Baevi has been renovated and offers a wonderful opportunity both for rest and recreation, as well as for family, friendly and company events. The guest house offers excellent conditions for long or short-term relaxation in a pleasant environment. There are 2 beaches right next to us - DELFIN AND KAFERINOVA.

"VILLA BAEVI" has 2 single, 3 double, 1 triple room and 2 studios for 4 people, for a total of 19. There is a possibility of additional accommodation on sofa beds for 5 more vacationers.

Amenities in the rooms - private bathroom with toilet, free internet access, small refrigerator, possibility to place a baby crib. Four of the rooms have a terrace, three have air conditioning.

For greater comfort in the house, we offer a comfortable and spacious dining room for about 40 people and an equipped kitchen. We will be happy to organize your celebration or party. We offer breakfast at a price of BGN 5 upon request. If you wish, we will prepare lunch or dinner according to your preferences.

In the yard there is a rest area and two separate corners with a charcoal barbecue where you can prepare the grill or we can cook for you. An outdoor kitchen is also available for your convenience.
