Villa Dachevi is located in the town of Chernomorets, around 200 metres from the central beach and 100–150 metres from the pedestrian area. The villa is close to the sea, shops and restaurants, while still being situated in a quiet and peaceful part of town.

The villa is fully private and offers 8 rooms with a total capacity of up to 21 guests:

1 room for four guests;

3 triple rooms with double beds;

4 twin rooms with separate beds, which can be joined together if needed.

Each room has its own private bathroom and a television. Six of the rooms share three common terraces, while two rooms do not have access to a terrace.

Guests have access to a shared kitchen, a coffee machine, a washing machine and Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi signal is strongest on the ground floor and also reaches the first floor.

The property has both a front and a back garden. The enclosed back garden is especially suitable for families with children. It includes a children’s playground with swings and slides, as well as an outdoor area where guests can spend time together. There is also a covered barbecue area and a portable outdoor barbecue available for guests.

The villa is best suited to family groups and groups of friends travelling with children who would like to rent the entire house and enjoy their holiday together. The property is not suitable for loud parties or groups looking for a party-style holiday.

Free parking is available in the surrounding streets, subject to availability.

Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The minimum stay is 4 nights.

For guests visiting the area for the first time, Chernomorets is a convenient starting point for several enjoyable day trips and walks. In the town itself, visitors can enjoy a choice of beaches and peaceful seaside routes. Gradina Beach, known for its wide sandy beach and water sports, is also nearby.

Just a few kilometres away is Sozopol, where visitors can explore the Old Town, its cobbled streets, traditional houses, fortress walls and seaside promenade. The area preserves traces of ancient Apollonia and offers many pleasant places for an evening walk or dinner with a sea view.

Other good ideas for a half-day or full-day trip include the castle near Ravadinovo, a boat trip around Sozopol and the nearby islands, and a visit to St. Ivan Island, where the remains of a medieval monastery complex can be seen.
