Shkorpilovtsi Resort Complex is located 30 km south of Varna, 35 km from Varna Airport, and 94 km north of Burgas. The resort combines one of the most beautiful areas of the eastern Balkan Mountains, covered with coniferous and deciduous forests, with an extensive unspoiled beach of fine sand, stretching approximately 12 km in length and up to 100–120 m in width, with dunes in certain sections.

The area is particularly popular for children's holidays and camps. Approximately 8 km north of the complex is the renowned Kamchia Children's Recreational and Health Resort, while the sandy beach from the Morski Duni Children's Complex extends all the way to Kamchia.

Built in 2014, the complex consists of three sectors covering a total area of approximately 20,000 sq.m and can accommodate up to 900 guests.

**Sector 1**, located close to the sand dunes, comprises 18 bungalows. Each bungalow features a bedroom with 4 beds, a private bathroom with toilet facilities, and air conditioning. The sector also includes two beach volleyball courts, a swimming pool with a water slide, a stage, Hall 3, and a football field.

**Sector 2** consists of six solid-built accommodation buildings. Each building offers 8 rooms with 5 beds, 12 rooms with 4 beds, and 4 rooms with 3 beds, providing a total capacity of 92 beds per building. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, balcony, and air conditioning. The reception building features a reception desk, lobby area, restaurant with an outdoor terrace, games room, one classroom, an indoor hall, and a rooftop terrace (300 sq.m). This sector also includes one of the semi-Olympic swimming pools and a multifunctional sports court.

**Sector 3** includes a second reception area with a lobby and a second restaurant with an outdoor terrace. Completed in 2018, the building offers 84 rooms with 4 beds, 3 rooms with 5 beds, and 7 rooms with 3 beds, for a total capacity of 372 beds. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, balcony, and air conditioning. This building also features a second hall, one classroom, and a rooftop terrace (150 sq.m). The second six-lane semi-Olympic swimming pool is located in this sector.
