"Trayanova House" offers its guests:

Outdoor pool (seasonal), barbecue, parking, Wi-Fi, as well as a fully equipped summer kitchen (tavern) for dinners and entertainment. "Trayanova House" is located in the ideal center of Koprivshtitsa.

• The house is a cultural monument with preserved Renaissance architecture, built in 1853. and restored. It is a preferred place for family and individual vacations, suitable for business meetings and events in a relaxed working atmosphere.

"Trayanova House" is located in the ideal center of the city, near the most visited sights - House-Museum "Todor Kableshkov" - 50 m., Church "Sveta Bogoroditsa" - 30 m., House Museum "Dimcho Debelyanov" - 30 m., Pallaveevi Houses Gallery - 30 m., House Museum "Oslekova" - 30 m., "20th April" Square - 50 m., Memorial Monument "Kostnitsa" - 50 m.

• "Trayanova House" has three triple rooms of 16 m² on the second floor with a total capacity of 9 people.

Each of the rooms is furnished with new furniture - a bedroom and a single bed, convectors for heating, air conditioning, LCD TV, Internet and private bathroom, the summer kitchen is a separate building with its own toilet, air conditioning, fireplace, LCD TV and equipped kitchenette (refrigerator , microwave, coffee machine, stove-oven, dishes).

• For the entertainment of the guests during the warm months, an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) with dimensions of 5 x 2.5 x 0.9 m and water temperature of 28-30 degrees) is available, plus an umbrella and a deck chair.

• Weekend rental of the House in July and August is a minimum of three nights (Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Monday)

• Prices do not apply to holidays and festivals

• 50% advance payment by bank transfer when booking

• In case of cancellation of the reservation, 50% of its value is due

• No refunds are given if the guests wish to leave earlier than scheduled.

• The price of the house is valid for accommodation of nine people. It is forbidden to use soft furniture for sleeping.

• Parking outside the house is unguarded.

• Smoking in the house is allowed only in the summer kitchen (tavern).

• Free parking.

• Pets are not allowed.

• The house is rented in the presence of a host.

Release by 12:00 p.m.

Check-in after 3:00 p.m.

• The house has a large terrace (porch) with a view of the city center and the Balkans - suitable for relaxation and friendly reflection. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet created by the stone walls, the shady well, the pretty bed and the brick fountain.

• The old Koprivsht style has been preserved in the interior of the rooms and their painted walls. The authentic three-legged stools, the small tables and the colorful Koprivshten paths give a special charm.
