- The Villa is located in the town of Sarnitsa, on the shores of Dospat Dam, Pazardzhik region;

- Equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home;

- Pets are NOT allowed in the Villa!;

Capacity and Distribution of the Villa:

- Guest House / Villa "Royal" has a capacity of up to ten (10) people (4+4+2), distributed in three (3) rooms, as follows:

--- One (1) Double room with a bed for two;

--- Two (2) Quadruple rooms with double beds for two and two single bunk beds. The single bunk beds are suitable for both - children and adults;

- One of the rooms has its own bathroom, and the other two rooms use one shared bathroom;

- The Villa is suitable for a family vacation or for a gathering with friends;

- The guests of the Villa have available for free use a separate Barbeque with a Dining room and equipped Kitchen (kitchen utensils + appliances-oven with hotplates, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, fireplace);

Price:

- The Villa can be rented as a whole + Barbeque for 300 BGN/per night - up to 10 people (4+4+2);

- Guest House / Villa “Royal” reserves the rights to change the price during holidays;

At the disposal of our guests are:

- LCD TVs with digital television;

- High-speed Wireless Internet on the territory of the Villa;

- Spacious Terrace-Veranda;

- A wonderful view of the Dam, the mountain and the town of Sarnitsa;

- Separate Barbeque with a Dining room and equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils + appliances-oven with hotplates, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, fireplace);

- Bar with summer garden and veranda - in the yard, next to the Guest House / Villa "Royal", You will find our Bar for sweet temptations, where You can refresh yourself with a wide selection of different flavours of ice creams and fresh juices, sweeten yourself with candy-floss, donuts, waffles or pancakes, eat a delicious pizza or steamed sweet corn, or cheer yourself up with a cup of aromatic coffee, and many other irresistible offers;

Attractions and sights near Guest House / Villa “Royal” :

- For those who wish to explore the interior of the town of Sarnitsa, they can use an attractional train for that purpose;

- You can take an advantage of a water walk, so called “Boat trip” to Dospat Dam;

The departure point for the above attractions is near Guest House / Villa "Royal" - (they depart from "Romantika Complex").
