The 75 m² apartment features separate front and rear gardens and a large terrace with a sea view . It has two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. In one room, there is a double bed, and in the other, 3 single beds. In the living room, there are a double and a single sofa that convert into beds. It can accommodate up to 8 people.

The apartment has been fully renovated and is equipped with new furniture. The kitchen is equipped with kitchenware. The refrigerator has a separate freezer. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and ceiling fans in all rooms.

There is fast WiFi (Starlink internet kit), a TV, and a safe box. Parking spaces, sun loungers and, beds are provided free of charge. Pets are not allowed.
