On the first level there are kitchen, living room with leather furniture where one guest can sleep, dining room with 8 places, terrace with rattan furniture with sea view, bathroom with toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for your maximum comfort-washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, kettle, large refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, cooking and serving utensils, utensils, iron with ironing board, hairdryer.

On the second level is the other bathroom with toilet, 80sq.m. terrace with luxurious furniture and incredible sea view. Here are two spacious bedrooms. One is for three guests (a big bedroom for two and one single bed)and there is a outlet to the big terrace.The second bedroom is for four guests (a large bedroom for two and two single beds) and there is a small terrace only for this bedroom.The bedrooms are equipped with large wardrobes and storage cabinets, air conditioning, TV, bed linen and towels.

The third level is the largest terrace with a 360-degree view over the city and a breathtaking sea view and overlooking the sky;) Here you can gather a tan or enjoy the cool sunsets that only the northern Black Sea can offer.

50m from the building there is a supermarket, two big playgrounds, 100m is the main street with shops and restaurants.
