The hotel part is a 3-storey rural house in thetypical cozy atmosphere of the authentic Bulgarian home with 14 regular and 3 extra beds. On the first floor there is a tavern, which is designed to be used by the guests.

It is fully equipped for self-contained use, kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates, refrigerators, TV and so on. On the second floor there are: 1 apartment for 3 and 1 double room, and on the third floor: 1 apartment for 4, 2 double rooms and one triple room. All rooms have TV, WC with bath and internet, and there are 5 parking spaces.
