The villa is situated at the foot of Stara Planina just under Kom peak. There are many villas and guest houses nearby. The distance to the Kom peak is 12 km, where you have ski slopes if you are a winter sports enthusiast. They are extremely good for beginners. The price of the daily card is much cheaper and the conditions are excellent for skiing or boarding. If you want to walk in the summer months, there are plenty of Eco-paths.
We speak languages - The house will be on your own, but we will be there as soon as you need us.
It is a vacancies home - but if some guests needs mountain guidance I would be very glad to serve them with a big pleasure. We also cook good and It could be a nice occasion to taste a dishes of tradition Bulgarian kitchen! The Villa is perfect for group of friends or family gathering especially for holidays.
