Villa "Bozhi" is a cozy house located at the beginning of Balchik, in a green and quiet villa area. The main road is next to the villa, which makes access to it easy. The distance to the Palace and the Botanical Garden is 1.3 km. The promenade with all restaurants and attractions is at the same distance. The villa offers a beautiful view of the hill, strewn with greenery and houses. The quiet area, the birdsongs, and the pleasant breeze create a wonderful atmosphere for a fascinating holiday.
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 5 adults, as follows:
- 1 double bedroom
- 1 bedroom with two single beds
- 1 bedroom with a single bed
- a comfortable corner sofa.
The house has the following set:
1st floor: living room with TV, book section, bathroom with toilet, large wardrobe, dining table, and equipped kitchen (extractor, refrigerator with freezer, sink, induction hob, oven with fan, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine)
2nd floor: access with internal staircase, three bedrooms (two of them with air conditioning), panoramic terrace to the bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.
yard: terraced, with many roses and green bushes, two apples. Playground in front of the house with river stones, suitable for playing with your pet or child. Space next to the house, can be used for refreshing morning coffee or relaxing in the afternoon. Space above the garage, where you can move the garden chairs and table and enjoy the sun until late afternoon.
Extras:
* swimming pool: 8x3m, depth 1.50-1.60m, which is available to guests. It is located in the highest part of the yard and is sunny most of the day.
* mobile barbecue on wheels, which can be used next to the house or by the pool.
* six sunbeds and three tables where you can place soft drinks.
* Wireless Internet.
* satellite TV from А1.
For guests with children we can offer: a garden swing (up to 25 kg), a tricycle for greater comfort during walks (up to 25 kg, with inflatable tires), cot with a mattress.
If you want to bring your pet, we will welcome you without any problems. The yard is suitable for energetic dogs who will enjoy climbing the stairs to different levels.
At each check-in, you receive a modest gift from us.
Villa "Bozhi" is not suitable for people with mobility problems due to the presence of steps.
The parking lot is in front of the villa, away from the street and there is space for 1 car.
